Our Mission.

Mr Ng is currently the Group Managing Director of Viking Group of Companies (Viking Airtech, Viking Equipment and Viking Connection). He has more than 25 years of professional experience covering Sales & Marketing, Program Management and Operations & Training in both public and private sectors. An Overseas Merit Scholar (SAF), Mr Ng was with the Republic of Singapore Navy for more than 10 years.

Prior to joining the Group, he served as Asia Consulting Solution Director (Oracle Consulting Services, 2007-2010), Vice President (UOB, 2000-2007), and Assistant Head (Spring Singapore 1999-2000). Mr Ng holds a Master of Arts from University of Oxford and a MBA (Accountancy) from Nanyang Technological University. Mr Ng is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Mr Alex Ong is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who plays a critical role in helping leading Global and Digital Tech MNCs headhunt, connect and recruit the best talents in the industry. Alex’s experience working with Digital Tech and IT MNCs gives him deep insights into the evolving needs of tech talents. Given how quickly the digital landscape changes, staying ahead in the talent acquisition field requires agility and an understanding of the latest trends in technology and skills that are in demand. He is responsible for helping customers managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to overseeing interviews, negotiating offers and hiring.

Prior to joining Viking Connection, Alex was a Managing Partner at Innergy Consulting responsible for the talent building, sourcing and hiring of senior executive talents for Maritime and Corporate MNCs. Alex was a successful IT Sales Leader with over 25 years of IT sales, business development and account management experience in multinational and government-linked companies. He held many senior leadership roles (IBM, Symantec, NEC, Singtel and NCS Pte Ltd) with responsibilities for annual operating plan that includes financial sales, revenue, profit management, strategic business transformation, go-to-market sales strategy, channel sales and vendors alliance management.

Working with global MNCs give him a wide range of experiences when it comes to sourcing and connecting top talents across different industries and regions. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science and Information Systems) from The National University of Singapore.

Jolin Ng is a highly adaptable professional with a proven ability to excel in diverse roles, with a dynamic career spanning talent research, customer service, business development, and training administration. As a Talent Researcher at Innergy Consulting Pte Ltd, she expertly sourced and qualified candidates, managed the hiring process, and maintained a strong talent pipeline. Prior to that, her experience as a Customer Service Executive at Amwell Technologies Pte Ltd showcased her ability to handle customer relations, sales conversions, and inventory management.

Additionally, her 7-year tenure at Neville Clarke (Singapore) Pte Ltd honed her expertise in training coordination, business development, and operational support. With a strong foundation in administration, coordination, and client engagement, Jolin consistently delivers results across various industries, demonstrating her exceptional versatility and adaptability. Jolin holds an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication from MDIS.
